“Prezzybox paid out approximately £5000 in commission in December due to Affiliates bidding on our brand. This was an expense which was totally unnecessary and could have been avoided had Brandwatcher been at our disposal then. Two things really stood out for me with Brandwatcher. Firstly the simplicity of the system – it’s really ease to use and set up – we areliterally talking minutes. Secondly – and perhaps more impressively – is the fact that Brandwatcher acts like an ‘all seeing eye which never closes’ when it comes to brand name bidding.
Some affiliates have an array of tricks which means that they can “hide” brand name bidding including showing ads at times when Brand owners aren’t going to police brand activity (namely at night and weekends) etc. Consequently it’s very difficult, nay impossible, to monitor brand name bidding without a tool like Brandwatcher. It really is a must if you are serious about protecting your brand name, brand identity and brand equity”
